Subject: Two-Tone 2.6 litre Saloon 1950 for sale

Yet another saloon appears, this one much better than the majority of hulks and wrecks of late. This has been well cared for and restored, but the owner says it still needs more work, as all classic cars do.

The car in a two-tone paint finish which does make the car look more attractive, but the saloons do seem to be an acquired taste.
Had a ride in a very nice 2.6 litre saloon in the lake district, but what a world of difference between this car and a 1955 3.0 litre saloon.

Asking price is 25k.

This seems slightly out of the normal saloon range. but no doubt a very nice car ?

Someone got an excellent buy with this car, which had been a fully restored back in the 1990's at great expense.

The car sold with buyers premium for only £15,904.
