Steering wheel problems.
First a question for oakley. Do you have nothing of the steering wheel ?
The most important parts are the 4 pressed steel attachments for the ends of the arms.
The next is the rim and then the cast alluminium boss.
Who can repair ?
Wheelwrights, in Morecambe England can do this, they do a good job but the last wheels that they re Celluloid covered for me took 12 and 11 months to get to the end of the queue.
The Lagonda Club spares committee has tasked themselves to find/make parts so that we can eventually have available at least one of each type of the complete steering wheels, so as to offer these to Members on an exchange basis, the aim is to greatly reduce the time a vehicle is off the road.
